Description
Twin rubber ribs between your wall and the next stillage. This one piece moulding has two rounded ribs that take the knocks, with a yellow strip down the middle so it gets seen. The ends are closed, so it looks finished on its own and also lines up neatly in a run. It is made for warehouses where walls need protection from stillages, forklifts and trolleys. It measures about 1000 x 150 x 55mm and weighs about 5.5kg. The price is for one length.
Why this guard works
Two ribs stand proud. The ribs stand about 55mm off the wall, while the channel between them sits back at about 24mm. The ribs meet the impact and the bolts stay out of harm.
A yellow strip you can see. The yellow strip runs the full length of the channel, so the guard stands out along a wall.
Closed ends. The moulding is closed at both ends, so one length can stand alone or several can run in a line.
Where it is used
Use it along warehouse walls, in picking aisles and loading areas, and anywhere stillages, forklifts and trolleys come close to brickwork or cladding.

How to fit it
- Hold the guard level at the height you need and mark all 3 holes.
- Drill for M12 x 100mm through studs.
- Fix through all 3 holes into good concrete.
- Check the fixings after the first week of use.

Care
Check the bolts now and then, and replace the guard if the ribs split or wear badly. SBR rubber does not resist oil or fuel well, so keep it clear of leaks and wipe off any spills.
Frequently asked questions
Can I fit several in a line?
Yes. The ends are closed, so lengths butt up to each other neatly. Order one for each metre of wall.
Are fixings included?
No. Each length needs 3 M12 x 100mm through studs, and we sell a suitable stud separately. It is meant for good concrete.
Will it bend round a pillar?
For a pillar, choose the flexible version, which is made to bend and has no yellow strip.
