Consumer Returns (UK)
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us in writing (email is acceptable). Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds apply to the product price only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.
The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to order, custom-cut, cut-to-size, specially sourced, or manufactured specifically to a customer’s specification. Items that have been used, installed, cut, or modified are not eligible for return or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate once the goods have been returned and inspected.
Inspection Before Use
All customers are responsible for inspecting goods prior to use, installation, or modification. Once goods have been used, installed, cut, or altered in any way, they are deemed accepted and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
