4. Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed through this website constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
A binding contract is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected misuse are identified.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the current rate (20%), unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

A restocking fee of 25% and all delivery/return carriage costs will be charged for cancelled orders after dispatch or failed delivery due to customer fault or due to customers request of cancellation of order once goods have been dispatched
9. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and before use, installation, or modification.
Once goods have been used, installed, cut, or altered in any way, they are deemed accepted and are no longer eligible for return except where goods are faulty or not as described.
10. Warranty
Some products are supplied with manufacturer warranties covering material or manufacturing defects only.
Warranties do not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable application, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors.
Where a defect is reported, goods may be returned for inspection in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, our liability in connection with any order shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of the goods.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or disruption to transport or supply chains.

16. Colour Variation Notice
Due to natural variations in manufacturing and production batches, slight colour differences may occur. Customers are responsible for ordering sufficient quantities for their project in one order. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching for subsequent orders from different production batches.
