Description
The solid board for walls that take real knocks. At about 40mm thick and 200mm high, this rubber board puts a deep, solid layer between your wall and stillages, forklifts and trolleys. It comes in 1.2m lengths that work on their own or in a line. It fixes from the back through two grooves, so the front stays plain with no bolts on show. It weighs about 11.6kg. The price is for one length.
Why this board works
A lot of rubber. The board is solid rubber, about 40mm thick, which is why one length weighs about 11.6kg.
A plain front. The fixings sit in the grooves behind the board, so nothing stands out on the front to catch or get hit.
Tall cover. At about 200mm high, it covers a wider band of wall than a narrow strip, which gives you more room for error.

Use it along warehouse walls, in loading areas and at stillage parking spots, wherever walls need protection from stillages, forklifts and trolleys.

How to fit it
- Mark a level line on the wall for each groove.
- Fix the stainless washers with M8 x 95mm countersunk anchor bolts, about every 300mm.
- Slide the board on, so the washers sit in the grooves.
- Check that it sits tight and square against the wall.

Care
Check that the board stays tight on its fixings, and replace it if the rubber splits. Keep it clear of oil and fuel leaks, as these can damage SBR rubber.
Frequently asked questions
How do the fixings work?
Stainless steel washers go into the two grooves on the back, fixed to the wall with countersunk M8 anchor bolts, about every 300mm. Together they hold the board with no bolts showing on the front.
Are fixings included?
No. We sell the M8 x 95mm anchor bolts separately. Call 01744 520 110 for the stainless washers, as they are not listed online.
How heavy is it to fit?
About 11.6kg a length, so plan for two people when you lift it into place.
