Small Rubber Wheel Chock with Rope Handle for Trailers and Caravans - 174 x 90 x 94 mm

A small chock for car trailers and caravans. It weighs about 0.6kg, so it can live in a locker or boot until you pitch up or unhitch. The stepped rubber ramp sits under the tyre, and a blue rope loop lets you pull it clear or hang it up. It has a 1000kg maximum load, so check the weight on your wheels, and move up a size for anything heavier. The price is for one chock.

Why this chock works

Small enough to carry everywhere. At 174mm long and 94mm high, it fits in a locker, a boot or a trailer toolbox with room to spare.

Chunky stepped ribs. The ramp is stepped from toe to top, giving the tyre firm edges to bear against.

A rope you can reach. The blue polypropylene loop at the back lets you carry it, hang it up or pull it clear without kneeling beside the wheel.

Solid rubber. Made from SBR rubber, with nothing to rust or come loose in storage.

How to use it safely

1. Apply the handbrake if there is one, and level the trailer or caravan.
2. Push the toe under the tyre until the ramp is hard against the tread.
3. On a slope, chock the downhill side first. Use a second chock on the other side of the tyre.
4. Take the chocks away before you move off, and never drive over one.

A chock backs up the handbrake and does not replace it.
