Installation Summary:

1. Mark location on concrete or tarmac (minimum 150mm depth).

2. Drill anchor holes matching base plate pattern, insert supplied 8 mm anchor bolts.

3. Secure barrier in upright position using included keys to lock.

4. For allowing passage, fold barrier down and lock flat-position.
   Maintenance Tips:

• Annually inspect anchor bolts and lock mechanism.

• Clean powder-coated finish with mild detergent, check for chips and touch-up with RAL 3020 spray.

• If installed in coastal or harsh environment: apply anti-corrosion spray to hinge and lock annually.

Q: Is the lock keyed alike or different per unit?
A: By default each unit is keyed differently for security; “keyed alike” option is available on request (please call us).
Q: What happens when the barrier is folded flat and a vehicle drives over it?
A: The barrier lies ~70 mm above ground when folded, allowing most vehicles to pass safely; however we recommend checking clearance for low-profile vehicles.
