Description
A loose pump truck in a van is a damage bill waiting to happen. Every corner can send it rolling into the panels or the load. This moulded rubber stop gives it somewhere to park. You roll the rear wheels up one side and down into a four-sided well, and the truck stays put. It suits panel vans, rigid HGVs and HGV trailers, and weighs about 6kg. The price is for one stop.
Why this stop works
A well for the wheels. The central well, about 215 x 206mm, holds the rear wheels on all four sides, so the truck can't drift off in any direction.
Ramps at both ends. Textured rubber ramps let you roll in from either end, and roll straight out when you need the truck.
Rubber, so it stays put. Rubber is heavier and grippier on a van floor than a plastic mat, and it won't mark the bodywork if it gets pushed around.
Nothing to fit. It sits on the load floor without drilling or bolts.

How to use it
- Clear a space on the load floor and set the stop down flat.
- Lower the forks fully.
- Roll the rear wheels up the ramp and into the well.
- Check the truck sits square and can't roll.
- Secure it in line with your own load procedure.
