For the best results, two coats are recommended, especially on porous surfaces such as concrete slabs, cement areas, and gravel boards.

Application Guide:

Surface Preparation

Before application, ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, algae, and loose material. Clean the patio using a suitable patio cleaner or pressure washer on an appropriate setting, avoiding aggressive jet patterns that may damage the surface.

Once fully dry, apply the included etching cleaner to prepare the surface and improve paint adhesion. After cleaning and removing any residue, the patio will be ready for coating.

Due to differences in patio materials and conditions, testing a small area before full application is recommended to confirm compatibility and finish.

Application Conditions

• Apply only in dry weather conditions
• Avoid rainfall for approximately 48 hours after application
• Suitable application tools include rollers, brushes, or paint pads
