Application Guide

Surface Preparation
For the best results, the surface must be clean, dry, and properly prepared before application. Remove any loose, flaking coatings and mechanically abrade the surface to create a suitable bonding key. Grinding, shot blasting, or sanding will help ensure maximum adhesion.

Remove all dust, dirt, grease, and contaminants before coating.

Priming Recommendations

• New or sound concrete floors: Use a suitable damp-tolerant primer
• Dusty, aged, or weaker concrete: Use a deep penetrating primer
• Oil-contaminated surfaces: Thoroughly clean and use an oil-resistant primer

Application

1. Mix the components thoroughly using a suitable electric mixing paddle.
2. Apply immediately using a suitable epoxy floor roller.
3. Use a brush for edges and detailed areas.
4. Apply the second coat once the first coat has cured sufficiently.
5. Allow adequate curing time before introducing heavy traffic, vehicles, or chemicals.

Important Information

• Suitable application temperature: minimum 7°C
• Working time is limited once the product has been mixed
• Do not divide or split mixed units, as incorrect ratios may affect curing performance
• Not self-levelling; correct preparation is essential for a smooth finish
• Not UV stable and may discolour with prolonged sunlight exposure
• Allow full curing time before exposure to heavy loads or chemicals
