Coverage Rates

• 1kg: Approximately 3–4m² per coat
• 2.5kg: Approximately 8–10m² per coat
• 5kg: Approximately 17–20m² per coat
• 10kg: Approximately 35–40m² per coat

For best performance and durability, two coats are generally recommended.

Application Guide

Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, loose material and contaminants. Existing coatings should be removed if damaged or flaking, and the surface should be lightly abraded to provide a suitable key for adhesion.

For best results, use an appropriate primer depending on the condition of the surface before applying the epoxy coating. Apply using a suitable roller and brush for edges and detailed areas.

The coating can be re-coated after approximately 8–12 hours and is suitable for foot traffic after curing. Heavy equipment and vehicles should be kept off the surface until fully hardened.
