Heavy Duty Brewery Floor Coating is a high-performance, two-part epoxy paint developed for breweries, microbreweries and other liquid-processing environments. Its ultra-durable, spill-resistant formula creates a tough protective layer over concrete flooring, helping to withstand regular cleaning, foot traffic and demanding working conditions.
The smooth, high-gloss finish improves the appearance of production areas while making floors easier to clean and maintain. The coating is solvent-free and manufactured using a 100% solids epoxy formulation, providing excellent durability without strong solvent emissions.
Available in a wide range of colours, this epoxy floor coating allows you to create a clean, professional finish that complements your working environment. For the best adhesion and appearance, the use of a suitable primer is recommended, particularly on porous, bare or previously untreated surfaces.

Coverage Rates
Coverage is based on one coat:
- 1kg covers approximately 3–4m²
- 2.5kg covers approximately 8–10m²
- 5kg covers approximately 17–20m²
- 10kg covers approximately 35–40m²
Two coats are recommended in most applications for improved coverage, durability and finish.
