Description
Protect and prepare concrete floors with our Clear Polyurethane Floor Sealer. Designed for use as a sealing base coat before a suitable topcoat, this oil-based formula helps seal porous surfaces and provides a durable foundation for further coating.
Ideal for garages, workshops, factories and warehouses, this clear concrete floor sealer is suitable for new concrete once it has fully matured. Apply by brush, roller or spray to a clean, dry and properly prepared surface.

Surface Preparation and Application
Apply only to clean, dry surfaces. Remove oil, grease, dust and other contaminants before application. Allow new concrete to mature for several months before sealing.
Maintain adequate ventilation during application and drying. Drying times will vary depending on temperature, ventilation and site conditions. Confirm compatibility and the required recoating interval before applying a topcoat.
Storage and Handling
Store away from naked flames and other ignition sources. Keep the lid firmly closed between uses to help prevent skinning. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow the product label and safety data sheet.
