Our 3mm Self-Adhesive EPDM Sponge Rubber Strip is a premium-quality closed cell foam sealing strip designed to provide long-lasting protection against draughts, dust, moisture, vibration and noise. Manufactured from durable EPDM sponge rubber, it offers excellent flexibility and compression while maintaining its shape over time.
Featuring a strong self-adhesive backing, this strip is quick and easy to install on clean, smooth surfaces without the need for additional adhesives. Its waterproof closed cell construction provides excellent resistance to air, UV exposure, weathering and many common environmental conditions, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Ideal for commercial, industrial, automotive, marine and DIY applications, this versatile sponge rubber strip is supplied as a convenient 10 metre coiled roll and can be trimmed to the required length using scissors or a sharp knife.

Installation
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and oil.
- Measure and cut the strip to the required length.
- Peel away the protective backing.
- Apply firmly while maintaining even pressure.
- Allow the adhesive to bond fully before subjecting the seal to heavy use.
Important Information
- Not recommended for continuous exposure to petrol, fuels or strong solvents.
- Apply only to clean, smooth and dry surfaces for the best adhesion.
- Due to the compressible nature of sponge rubber, slight manufacturing tolerances in width and thickness may occur.
