Description
Our smallest high-visibility aircraft chock. At 250mm long and about 6kg, this solid yellow rubber chock is easy for one person to carry out to a smaller aircraft, and easy to spot once it is in place. A 12mm red rope runs through the centre for carrying it and pulling it clear by hand. Your airline or operator's guidelines set the chock size for each aircraft type, so check those before you order. The price is for one chock.

Why this chock works
Seen from across the apron. Bright yellow rubber with a red rope stands out on tarmac and concrete, and because the colour is in the rubber itself, wear won't reveal a black layer underneath.
Compact and light. This is the shortest and lightest of our yellow chocks, so it suits flying clubs and small operators moving chocks by hand all day.
No wrong way up. The triangular section has three matching faces, so a flat face always sits on the ground and a sloped face meets the tyre.
Reflective tape if you need it. We can add highly reflective honeycomb tape to each of the three sides at extra cost, for night and low-light work. It isn't included as standard.
No load rating or test standard is published for this line. If your specification needs either, call us before you order.
Where it is used
Use it at flying clubs, general aviation airfields and small hangars, on single wheels with little room either side, wherever your procedure calls for a chock of about this length.

Which chock do you need?
| Your situation | Choose |
|---|---|
| Yellow rubber, 250mm long | This chock |

Care
Check the chock and rope before use, and replace the rope if it is frayed. SBR rubber does not resist oil or fuel well, so wipe off fuel and hydraulic fluid promptly.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price for one chock or a pair?
The price is for one chock with its rope. Set the quantity to 2 for one each side of a wheel.
Is reflective tape included?
No, it is an optional extra. Tape can be added to each of the three sides. Call us for a price.
Can I have a different rope colour?
Yes, at extra cost. Call us for a price.
Will it suit my aircraft?
That depends on your airline or operator's guidelines, which set the length and size of chock for each aircraft type. We can't approve a chock for an aircraft type, so please check first.
