Description
A solid white, black or red PVC strip curtain on a stainless steel hook-on rail, for total privacy, blackout or a doorway nobody can miss. The opaque strips hide whatever is behind them while staff walk or wheel straight through, and they help hold heat or air-con in and keep draughts, dust and pests out. Each strip carries a stainless steel plate that hooks onto the rail, so single strips lift off for cleaning or replacement. Choose your colour, then 11 widths from 856mm to 2496mm and 6 heights from 2000mm to 2500mm. Every size is priced in full inc VAT.
Which colour?

All three colours are the same price. Because the strips are opaque, people cannot see who is on the other side: use clear strips on routes where trolleys and people cross, or add a clear section.
Choosing your size
Width. Measure between the inside edges of the opening and choose a curtain a little wider, so the outer strips cover the frame and no light leaks at the edges. For a 900mm door, the 1020mm curtain is right. All sizes are nominal.
Height. Measure from the underside of the frame to the floor. Between two heights? Go up one and trim the strips with a sharp knife to finish just above the floor.

Why it works
Complete screening. Opaque PVC blocks the view and, in black, the light, without the cost of building a wall or the nuisance of opening a door.
Hook-on stainless rail. The 430 grade stainless steel rail looks clean and suits food and hygiene areas. Each strip's plate hooks on or off, so you can replace one strip in seconds.
Energy and comfort. Strips overlap by 36mm each side, helping keep heat or air-con in and draughts, dust and flying debris out.

Fitting and care
Fix the rail to a structurally sound surface across the full width of the opening, on the wall above (face fixing) or under the lintel (soffit fixing), with M6 fixings to suit your wall. Hook each strip on and check the overlap. Strips travel rolled: lay them flat overnight before hanging. Fit inside wherever you can, because weather shortens PVC life. Wipe clean with warm soapy water.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy spare strips?
Yes, black and red hook-on solid colour strips are sold singly with plates fitted. Call us for white spares.
Is it a fire door?
No. A fire rating is not published for this line, so it must not replace a fire door or block an escape route.
Can forklifts go through?
It is made for pedestrians and careful trolley use. For forklifts and pallet trucks, call 01744 520 110 and we will advise on a heavier strip.
Do you have other versions?

Can I use it in a freezer?
