Description
The neat finish for each end of your speed bump. This half round rubber cap fits the end of our 1830mm speed bump. It slopes the end of the bump down to the road and gives the run a finished look. Two pegs push into the end of the bump, and one bolt holds the cap down. It measures about 300 x 150 x 50mm and weighs about 1.7kg. The price is for one cap, and a run takes two.
Why this cap works
Two locating pegs. The pegs on the flat side line the cap up with the end of the bump.
A rounded end. The half round shape slopes down to the road on all sides, in place of the square end of the bump.
One recessed fixing. The hole has a 37mm recess, 25mm deep, so the bolt head sits down inside the rubber.

Fit one at each end of a run of our 1830mm rubber speed bump, in office and hotel car parks and on other light traffic routes.

How to fit it
- Push the 2 pegs into the end of the bump.
- Mark the fixing hole.
- Drill for an M16 x 125mm through stud.
- Fix through the hole, with the bolt head down in the recess.

Care
Check the fixing when you check the bump, and replace the cap if the rubber splits or the pegs fail.
Frequently asked questions
How many do I need?
Two per run, one at each end. Two bumps fitted in a line still need only two caps.
Is the fixing included?
No. Each cap needs 1 M16 x 125mm through stud, and we sell a suitable stud separately.
Will it fit other speed bumps?
It is made for our 1830mm bump. The pegs need matching holes, so it will not suit the sectional bumps, which have their own end sections.
