Surface Preparation

The surface must be completely clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grime, grease, cement residue and grout contamination.

Wash the area thoroughly using clean water and a nylon scrubbing pad or deck brush. Rinse carefully with a hose to remove all loosened dirt and cleaning residue.

Allow the surface to dry completely for at least 24 hours before applying the sealer. Do not apply to damp surfaces.

Application Instructions

1. Shake or mix the container thoroughly before use.
2. Apply an even coat using a foam roller, suitable paintbrush or low-pressure sprayer.
3. Avoid allowing the product to pool, puddle or dry unevenly on the surface.
4. On highly absorbent materials, apply additional coats at approximately one-hour intervals until the surface is evenly saturated.
5. When treating vertical surfaces, begin at the bottom and work upwards.
6. Wipe away runs, drips and excess product immediately.
7. Apply only when the surface and air temperature are between 5°C and 25°C.
8. Avoid application during rain, frost, strong sunlight or extremely hot conditions.
9. Test a small area before treating the complete surface to determine the required number of coats and final appearance.
