Create clear, durable and professional floor markings with this heavy duty epoxy line marking paint. Designed for demanding industrial environments, this two-part coating provides excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals and regular foot traffic.

Its thixotropic formulation offers a smooth, easy application before rapidly thickening to form sharp, permanent lines with minimal spreading. The high-gloss finish improves visibility and makes it ideal for separating pedestrian walkways, storage areas, loading zones and operational workspaces.

Coverage

A 2.5kg unit provides coverage of up to:

• 50 metres of line at 100mm width and 0.5mm thickness
• 100 metres of line at 100mm width and 0.25mm thickness

Coverage may vary depending on the condition, texture and porosity of the surface.

Surface Preparation

Remove loose, damaged or flaking existing line markings before application. Repair any cracks, holes or defects using a suitable concrete repair compound and allow the repaired areas to dry fully.

The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, laitance, grease, oil and other contaminants. Lightly abrade smooth or previously coated surfaces to improve adhesion. Remove all loose debris using a vacuum before applying the coating.

Application

The product is supplied as two components:

• Resin – Part A
• Activator – Part B

Mix both components thoroughly before application. Apply using a suitable epoxy roller sleeve, roller frame or brush.
