Heavy Duty Epoxy Factory Floor Paint is a premium 100% solids resin coating designed for industrial, commercial and high-traffic flooring areas. Formulated to deliver excellent abrasion resistance, long-lasting durability and a smooth high-gloss finish, this epoxy floor coating is ideal for factories, warehouses, workshops, garages, packing areas and other demanding environments.

This high build epoxy floor paint creates a tough, protective surface suitable for heavy foot traffic, vehicle movement and forklift use. Its solvent-free, low VOC formula provides a strong and durable finish that helps protect concrete, screed, steel and suitable prepared timber surfaces from wear, impact, oil, grease and chemical spillages.

With excellent coverage and a professional gloss appearance, this industrial floor paint is ideal for improving both the strength and appearance of working areas. The high build formulation provides a thicker, longer-lasting finish compared with standard floor paints, helping reduce peeling, flaking and premature wear in busy industrial environments.

Coverage Guide Per Coat:

• 1kg: approx. 3–4m²
• 2.5kg: approx. 8–10m²
• 5kg: approx. 17–20m²
• 10kg: approx. 35–40m²

For best results, two coats are recommended depending on the condition and porosity of the surface.

Application Information:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and properly prepared before application. Old flaking paint should be removed and the floor should be mechanically abraded, sanded or etched to create a suitable key. Dust, dirt, grease and contaminants must be fully removed before coating.

Mix the resin and activator thoroughly before use and apply using a suitable epoxy roller sleeve and brush. Once mixed, the product has a limited pot life, so apply promptly and avoid splitting the pack.

Important Notes:

• Not water based
• Not self-levelling
• Not UV stable and may discolour in regular sunlight
• Heavy objects, vehicles and chemicals should be kept off the coating until fully cured
• Full chemical cure is achieved after approximately 7 days
