Concrete Floor Paint is a durable, easy-to-use acrylic resin coating designed to seal, protect and improve the appearance of concrete floors. It produces a smooth, attractive matt finish while helping to reduce dust from porous concrete surfaces.

The convenient one-pack formula requires no hardener, activator or additional components. Simply stir the paint thoroughly and apply it using a roller, brush or paint pad.

Suitable for domestic and light commercial environments, this concrete floor coating is ideal for garages, workshops, sheds, basements, storage areas and utility rooms. It can also be applied to properly prepared wood, stone, brick and other suitable level surfaces.

Coverage may vary depending on the porosity, texture and condition of the surface.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, dirt and other contaminants.

Remove any loose or flaking existing paint. Smooth or previously coated surfaces should be thoroughly abraded or treated with a suitable concrete etching cleaner to create a mechanical key for improved adhesion.

Once preparation is complete, sweep and vacuum the area thoroughly to remove all remaining dust and debris.

Due to variations between concrete, patio and masonry surfaces, always apply the paint to a small test area before completing the full application.

Application Instructions

1. Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
2. Apply the first coat evenly using a roller, brush or paint pad.
3. Begin at the furthest corner and work towards the exit.
4. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4–6 hours.
5. Apply a second coat for improved coverage and durability.
6. Securely reseal the container if any paint remains.

Apply in dry, warm conditions and avoid painting during periods of high humidity.

For outdoor applications, protect the freshly painted surface from rainfall for approximately 48 hours. Allow at least seven days before pressure washing or jet washing.

Important Information

This product is suitable for domestic and light-duty flooring applications. Areas exposed to heavy machinery, regular vehicle traffic, chemicals or demanding industrial conditions may require a specialist two-pack epoxy or polyurethane coating.
