Application Guide

Surface Preparation

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from grease, wax, dirt and loose material.
2. Remove any rust, damaged coatings or imperfections by sanding and repairing as required.
3. Lightly abrade the surface using fine abrasive paper to improve adhesion.
4. Remove all sanding dust and wipe the surface with a suitable cleaning solvent before painting.

Priming

• Apply a suitable primer designed for the substrate.
• Allow the primer to cure fully before applying the topcoat.

Application

1. Stir the paint thoroughly before and during use.
2. Apply evenly using a quality brush or roller.
3. Allow approximately 24 hours drying time.
4. Apply a second coat if required for additional coverage or durability.
5. Allow the final coat to cure fully before exposing the surface to heavy use.
