Coverage Rates

Coverage is calculated per coat:

• 1kg: Approx. 3–4m²
• 2.5kg: Approx. 8–10m²
• 5kg: Approx. 17–20m²
• 10kg: Approx. 35–40m²

Please note: Two coats are generally recommended for the best finish, protection, and durability.

Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

For the best results, the surface must be clean, dry, and properly prepared.

• Remove any loose, peeling, or unstable coatings
• Mechanically abrade the surface to create a suitable key
• Remove all dust, dirt, grease, and contaminants before application
• For heavily contaminated surfaces, use an appropriate cleaning and preparation method

Priming Requirements

• New or sound concrete: Use a suitable damp-tolerant primer
• Dusty or weaker concrete: Use a deep-penetrating primer
• Oil-contaminated floors: Thoroughly degrease and use an oil-resistant primer

Application Process

1. Mix the resin component thoroughly before adding the hardener.
2. Add the hardener component and mix fully until completely combined.
3. Apply immediately using a suitable epoxy roller.
4. Cut in edges and corners using a brush.
5. Apply the second coat once the first coat has cured sufficiently (typically 12–24 hours).
6. Allow the coating to fully cure before heavy use.

Drying & Curing Information

• Suitable application temperature: Minimum 7°C
• Foot traffic: Once fully cured
• Vehicle and heavy loads: Allow at least 48 hours
• Full chemical cure: Approximately 7 days

Important Information

• Not suitable for exterior areas with prolonged direct sunlight exposure unless protected with a suitable UV-resistant top coat.
• Not self-levelling; correct surface preparation is essential.
• Do not split mixed components, as incorrect ratios may affect curing performance.
• Use a new roller sleeve for each coat for the best finish.
• Mixed product has a limited working time, so apply immediately after preparation.
