3mm Black Solid Rubber Sheet – Heavy Duty General Purpose NR/SBR Rubber Matting

Our 3mm Thick Black SBR Rubber Sheets are a durable and versatile solution for a wide range of general-purpose commercial, industrial, workshop and DIY applications. Manufactured from a resilient NR/SBR rubber compound, these solid rubber sheets provide excellent flexibility, impact resistance and resistance to everyday wear and abrasion.

The smooth plate finish provides a clean, professional appearance, while the 3mm thickness makes the material easy to handle, trim and install. The rubber can be cut using scissors or a sharp craft knife, allowing it to be shaped around equipment, work surfaces, furniture, machinery and other applications where cushioning, protection or separation is required.

These sheets are waterproof and washable and can be adhered to most clean, hard surfaces using a suitable general-purpose contact adhesive.

Installation & Cutting

The rubber sheet can be easily cut to the required shape or size using a sharp craft knife or suitable scissors. For permanent installation, it can be bonded to many clean, hard surfaces using an appropriate general-purpose contact adhesive.

For best adhesion, ensure the application surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and oil before installation.

Important Information

This general-purpose SBR rubber is not recommended for prolonged exposure to petrol, solvents or similar hydrocarbons. It is also not designed for extended outdoor exposure to strong UV light or direct sunlight.

Due to the manufacturing and cutting process, small tolerances in sheet dimensions and thickness may occur.
