Coverage Rates

• 5kg Pack: Covers approximately 15m² per coat
• 10kg Pack: Covers approximately 30m² per coat

For best performance, two coats are generally recommended.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, and contaminants before application. Any loose or flaking coatings should be removed, and existing surfaces should be mechanically abraded or sanded to create a suitable key for adhesion. Thoroughly vacuum the area before coating.

Priming Recommendations

• New or sound concrete floors: Use a suitable damp-tolerant epoxy primer
• Old, weak, or dusty concrete: Use a penetrating primer
• Oil-contaminated surfaces: Use an oil-tolerant primer after thorough cleaning

Application Instructions

1. Mix the base component thoroughly before adding the curing component.
2. Combine both components and mix thoroughly using a suitable mixing paddle.
3. Transfer mixed coating into a paint tray or scuttle immediately.
4. Apply using a suitable epoxy roller, cutting in edges with a brush.
5. Apply the second coat once the first coat has cured sufficiently (typically 12–24 hours).
6. Allow full curing before introducing heavy traffic, vehicles, or chemical exposure.

Important Information

• Minimum application temperature: 7°C
• Pot life after mixing: approximately 20 minutes
• Working time on the floor: approximately 40 minutes
• Foot traffic suitable once fully cured
• Heavy loads and vehicles should be avoided for approximately 48 hours
• Full chemical resistance is achieved after approximately 7 days
• Not suitable for areas exposed to regular sunlight unless protected with a UV-resistant top coating
• Not self-levelling; surface preparation is essential for the best finish
