Application Guide

Surface Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, loose paint and contaminants. Remove any flaking coatings and lightly abrade glossy surfaces to create a suitable key before application. Vacuum thoroughly before painting.

Application

• Apply when ambient temperature is above 7°C.
• Thoroughly mix Part A before adding Part B.
• Mix until a uniform consistency is achieved.
• Transfer mixed material into a paint tray.
• Apply evenly using a suitable epoxy roller.
• Cut in edges with a brush where required.
• Allow the first coat to become touch dry before applying the second coat.
• Avoid heavy cleaning or chemical exposure until the coating has fully cured.
