Why Professionals Choose This Coating

Forklift & Heavy Vehicle Rated. The epoxy-modified alkyd resin binder withstands constant rubber-tyre traffic, point loads, and impact without delaminating or flaking — even in racking areas and loading bays.

Single-Pack Simplicity. No hardener, no mixing, no pot life. Open the tin and apply like conventional paint — with results that match two-component systems at a fraction of the cost and complexity.

Chemical Resistant. Once fully cured, the film resists petroleum fuels, lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, cleaning agents, and mild acids typical of workshop, factory, and automotive environments.

Outstanding Coverage. At 6–8 m² per litre on prepared concrete, a single 10L tin covers up to 80 m² per coat. A 20L tin covers a typical 4-bay commercial workshop in two coats.

Fast Return to Service. Touch dry in 4–6 hours. Recoat in 16–24 hours. Light foot traffic within 24 hours. Full forklift and vehicle traffic after the 7-day cure.

15 Colours. 4 Pack Sizes. From Light Grey and White to Bright Red and Yellow safety markings — available in 5L, 10L, 20L, and 205L bulk drum for large industrial contracts.

Where to Use It

Garage floors  ·  Workshop floors  ·  Warehouse floors  ·  Factory floors  ·  Car parks  ·  Loading bays  ·  Racking areas  ·  Showroom floors  ·  Plant rooms  ·  Covered external areas

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and loose material. New concrete must cure for a minimum of 28 days. For porous, dusty, or previously untreated concrete, apply our Pre-Seal Primer (available in 10L and 20L) to consolidate the surface and maximise adhesion. Two full coats are recommended for maximum durability and colour depth.

Application

Apply by medium-pile roller (9mm–12mm) or brush. The first coat may be thinned by up to 10% with white spirit on highly porous substrates to aid penetration. Allow each coat to dry fully before recoating. Do not apply below 5°C or when the surface temperature is within 3°C of the dew point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this be used outside?
Yes. It performs well on exterior concrete, car parks, and covered external areas where the substrate is correctly prepared and dry prior to application.

Is it resistant to petrol and oil spills?
Yes — once fully cured at 7 days, it offers good resistance to petroleum fuels, lubricating oils, and hydraulic fluids. Prompt clean-up of spills is always recommended.

Do I need a primer?
On new, porous, dusty, or previously untreated concrete, our Pre-Seal Primer is strongly recommended to consolidate the surface and maximise the life of the topcoat.

How does this compare to a two-pack epoxy?
This single-pack formula eliminates mixing ratios and pot life. Designed for professional use where practical durability, speed of application, and ease of maintenance are priorities.

How much does a 10L tin cover?
Approximately 60–80 m² per coat on a prepared garage or workshop floor. Coverage varies depending on substrate porosity and profile.
