This advanced protective coating provides a tough, easy-to-clean surface ideal for restaurants, commercial kitchens, food production areas, and industrial facilities.
Formulated with an integrated antibacterial and antimicrobial additive, this coating helps reduce the presence of unwanted germs and bacteria, supporting cleaner and more hygienic working environments. The durable resin-based formula creates a long-lasting protective layer that withstands heavy foot traffic, regular cleaning, spills, and everyday wear in busy kitchen environments.

Application Guide
Surface Preparation
Correct preparation is essential to achieve maximum adhesion and performance. Remove any loose, damaged, or flaking coatings before application. The surface should be mechanically abraded or sanded to create a suitable key for the coating.
After preparation, thoroughly sweep and vacuum the area to remove all dust, dirt, grease, and contaminants.
Priming Recommendations
- New or sound concrete floors: Apply a suitable damp-tolerant primer.
- Dusty, old, or weaker floors: Apply a suitable penetrating primer.
- Oil-contaminated floors: Thoroughly clean using an appropriate degreaser before applying an oil-tolerant primer.
Application Instructions
- Mix the base component thoroughly before adding the curing component.
- Add the second component and mix fully until a consistent mixture is achieved.
- Transfer the mixed coating into a suitable paint tray.
- Apply using a suitable epoxy roller, cutting in edges with a brush.
- Apply the second coat once the first coat has cured and is no longer tacky (typically 12–24 hours).
- Allow the coating to fully cure before introducing heavy traffic, water, or chemicals.
