Application Guide

Surface Preparation

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, loose coatings, curing compounds, and contaminants.

Previously painted surfaces should be mechanically prepared to remove any loose or flaking material and lightly abraded to provide a suitable key. Bare concrete should be fully cleaned before coating.

Application

• Apply only when the ambient temperature is 7°C or above.
• Thoroughly mix each product component before use according to the supplied instructions.
• Transfer the mixed product into a paint tray.
• Apply using the supplied brush for cutting in around edges and difficult areas.
• Allow each coat to cure before applying the next.
• Once edge work has been completed, continue coating the main floor using a suitable roller.
