How do I install this castor on my equipment?

This castor features a 4-hole top plate measuring 100 mm ? 85 mm with mounting holes spaced at 60 mm ? 80 mm centres. Each hole has a diameter of 10 mm. To install, position the top plate on your equipment frame, align the holes, and secure using four bolts or screws (not included) with appropriate washers and nuts. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely to prevent movement during operation.

What is the difference between a swivel castor and a fixed castor?
