Description

Our High Build Epoxy Garage Floor Paint is a premium two-part epoxy resin coating designed to protect, seal, and enhance concrete garage floors. Formulated with 100% solids, this solvent-free and low VOC floor paint delivers a tough, glossy, professional finish that is ideal for garages, workshops, service centres, warehouses, and industrial floors.

Unlike cheaper water-based alternatives, this high build epoxy coating provides excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and protection against everyday wear from foot traffic, vehicles, oil, petrol, and automotive fluid spills. Once applied, it creates a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that helps improve the appearance and performance of your floor.

Suitable for both DIY and professional use, the paint is easy to apply with a roller and can usually be walked on within 24 hours. For best results, two coats are recommended.

Coverage Guide Per Coat:

  • 1kg: approx. 3–4m²
  • 2.5kg: approx. 8–10m²
  • 5kg: approx. 17–20m²
  • 10kg: approx. 35–40m²

Application Notes:
Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and properly prepared before application. Old flaking paint should be removed, and smooth surfaces should be sanded or mechanically abraded to create a suitable key. For best results, prime the surface according to the floor condition before applying the epoxy coating.

Mix Part A thoroughly before adding Part B, then mix both components together fully before use. Once mixed, apply immediately using a suitable roller. The product has a limited pot life, so only mix when ready to apply.

Allow 12–24 hours before recoating. The final coat can usually accept foot traffic after curing, but vehicles and heavy objects should be kept off the surface for at least 48 hours. Avoid exposure to water or chemicals for the first 7 days while the coating reaches full chemical cure.

Important Information:
This product is not UV stable and may discolour if exposed to regular direct sunlight. For areas with strong sunlight exposure, a UV-stable topcoat is recommended.
