Application Instructions

1. Prepare the clear epoxy design coat according to the manufacturer's instructions.

2. Thoroughly mix the two components of the epoxy coating before adding the metallic pigment.

3. Add the 100g pigment sachet to the fully mixed epoxy resin.

4. Mix thoroughly using a mechanical paddle mixer attached to a drill until the pigment is evenly distributed and a consistent colour and texture are achieved.

5. Continue application in accordance with the epoxy design coat instructions.

Coverage and Usage

One 100g sachet is recommended for approximately 5m² of clear epoxy design coat. Actual coverage and colour intensity may vary depending on the application technique, coating thickness and desired decorative effect. Testing different pigment combinations and application methods may be necessary to achieve the preferred finish.

Please note: Metallic pigment powder is intended for use with a compatible clear epoxy design coat. A suitable base coat and protective top coat may also be required to complete the decorative epoxy flooring system.
