Application Guide

Surface Preparation

For the best results, surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oils, and contaminants. Any loose, flaking, or unstable coatings should be removed. Existing surfaces should be sanded or mechanically abraded to create a suitable surface profile for maximum adhesion.

After preparation, thoroughly sweep and vacuum the area to remove any remaining dust or debris.

Priming Recommendations

• For dusty, old, or weaker floors, use a suitable penetrating primer.
• For surfaces affected by oil or grease contamination, thoroughly clean with an appropriate degreaser before applying a suitable oil-tolerant primer.

Application Instructions

1. Mix the base component thoroughly before adding the curing component.
2. Add the second component and mix fully until a consistent colour and texture are achieved.
3. Transfer mixed coating into a suitable paint tray or scuttle.
4. Apply using a suitable epoxy roller, cutting in edges with a brush.
5. Apply the second coat once the first coat has cured and is no longer tacky (typically 12–24 hours).
6. Allow sufficient curing time before introducing vehicles, heavy loads, or chemical exposure.

• Not suitable for areas exposed to prolonged direct sunlight without additional UV protection.
• Not UV stable and may experience colour changes when regularly exposed to sunlight.
• Do not split mixed components, as incorrect ratios can affect curing performance.
• This product is not self-levelling; correct surface preparation is essential for the best finish.
• Use a new roller sleeve for each coat for the best results.
