Application Guide

Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is essential for achieving maximum performance. Remove any loose, flaking, or unstable paint coatings before application. The surface should be sanded or mechanically abraded to create a suitable key for adhesion.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, and contaminants before applying primer and coating.

Priming Recommendations

• New or sound concrete surfaces: Use a suitable damp-tolerant primer.
• Dusty, old, or weaker surfaces: Use a suitable penetrating primer.
• Oil-contaminated surfaces: Thoroughly clean using an appropriate degreaser before applying an oil-tolerant primer.

Application Instructions

1. Mix the base component thoroughly before adding the curing component.
2. Add the second component and mix fully until evenly combined.
3. Transfer the mixed coating into a suitable paint tray.
4. Apply using a suitable roller, cutting in edges with a brush.
5. Apply the second coat once the first coat has cured and is no longer tacky (approximately 12–16 hours).
6. Allow the coating to fully cure before exposure to water or chemicals.
