Coverage Rates

Approximate coverage per coat:

• 1kg: Up to 5m²
• 2.5kg: Up to 12.5m²
• 5kg: Up to 25m²
• 10kg: Up to 50m²

For optimum protection and finish, two coats are generally recommended.

Application Guide

Surface Preparation
For the best results, surfaces should be clean, dry, and properly prepared before application. Remove any loose or flaking coatings and abrade the surface to create a suitable bonding key.

Mechanical preparation such as grinding or shot blasting is recommended where possible. Remove all dust, dirt, grease, and contaminants before coating.

Priming Recommendations

• New or sound concrete floors: Use a suitable damp-tolerant primer
• Dusty, aged, or weaker floors: Use a suitable penetrating primer
• Oil-contaminated surfaces: Clean thoroughly and use an oil-resistant primer

Application Process

1. Mix the components thoroughly using a suitable electric mixing paddle.
2. Apply immediately using a suitable epoxy floor roller.
3. Use a brush for edges and detailed areas.
4. Apply additional coats once the previous coat has cured sufficiently.
5. Allow full curing time before exposing the floor to heavy traffic, vehicles, or chemicals.

Important Information

• Recommended application temperature: Minimum 7°C
• Not self-levelling; surface preparation is essential for the best finish
• Do not split mixed units, as incorrect ratios may affect curing performance
• Not UV stable and may discolour with prolonged sunlight exposure
• Allow sufficient curing time before introducing heavy loads or chemical exposure
